Ron better bring some Sharpies to sign Gekko and everyone's Forecasters.
We drove 22 miles, country around Farmington. Signs started appearing. THE MOST PHOTOGRAPHED BARN IN AMERICA. Cars, tour bus, cameras;postcards sold.

Ron, I agree to your offer. Next year in Las Vegas. AL auction would be best to setup a face to face. See ya there. ;)

They haven't invented the "I'm soiling myself" emoticon yet. He may quit a couple three times between now and then, but he's probably good for it.

I'm glad Ron finally made the jump. He has always been about 5 years behind the curve. Now he can see whats going on since the ice age. Thats right Ron put the Big toe in the water first. Next year you can dive into the shark tank! :D Shark tank, huh? That means the competition is tougher in Vegas? Hmmm... Sounds like you want me to compete on a more level playing field. Fair enough. I'll come to Vegas next year if you match me by donating all your winnings to charity. Then it's no more about the money. It's about the competition. Mano a mano. What say you?
Ron, I knew you were a smart man, but this changeup to this thread was BRILLIANT. The fact that Walla Walla has accepted your challenge makes this "contest" as much fun to watch as the overall title. This will be fun.

Very good change of pace on your delivery. Kudos.

Good luck to both in the main event. Ron isn't competing in the NFBC Auction Championship or the Live Double Play, so your charity side bet can be mano-y-mano in the big dance. Give your winnings in those other events to the family.

This is too much fun. We need to make this happen now.

John go to NY in 2010. Greg put them in the same league no one cares. If John wins I will donate the amount of John's winnings to the Boys N Girls Club. Walla you have absolutely nothing to lose. Thoughts...

Greg, I agree, they've gotta be in the same league.

Thoughts... They can compete in the overall standings just like everyone else. Nobody gets placed in a certain league, that's for sure. And besides, John is set for the NFBC three-pack at the Bellagio and has already changed his travel plans twice. Let's all compete against each other in the overall. Good luck all.
Well I certainly understand not placing them that is a slippery slope if started. I also understand if Walla already has a flight booked. If not there is a way to do it via a 1300 dollar auction or the super league.

- 80% chance he finishes in the top 1/3rd

- 20% chance he finishes in the top 10%

- 10% chance he finishes in the bottom 20%

Like I've said before, Ron probably has much more to lose than gain by taking up the challenge in this years main event. I commend him for playing.
