ADP - FIRST Round

Post by Gekko » Thu Feb 04, 2010 11:38 am

I've just added/deleted some drafts to my database. I have a total # of draft less than 10 but more than 5. These are all pay NFBC leagues.

After talking with Greg today, he okayed an idea I had. I'm going to post the ADP for a new round every day and give you my likes and dislikes (not all of them).

Here's today's ADP. ROUND ONE:

1 Albert Pujols

2 Hanley Ramirez

3 Alex Rodriguez

4 Ryan Braun

5 Chase Utley

6 Matt Kemp

7 Mark Teixeira

8 Prince Fielder

9 Evan Longoria

10 Ryan Howard

11 Miguel Cabrera

12 Carl Crawford

13 Joe Mauer

14 Troy Tulowitzki

15 Ian Kinsler

Like - In the first round, not a lot of value to be had. Maybe Crawford at 12.

Dislike - Kemp, Miggy (for reasons I posted on another thread.

I will also post round 2 later tonight. More likes/dislikes there. :D

Am I alone in thinking Gekko's #1 target for round 1 in 2010 will be Miggy?

ADP - FIRST Round

I think from the first round I'm surprised by how much Prince Fielder seems to be moving up. Early on I don't believe he was going ahead of Howard and now I see more drafts where that is happening. He's even gone ahead of Tex in some drafts. What order would you have those top first basemen (Miggy included) on your Cheat Sheets?

Tulowitzki also seems to be trumping Jimmy Rollins pretty handily recently. Rollins seems to have fallen lately from results that I saw earlier in the season. Any chance that Rollins goes ahead of Tulo in any of your drafts?

Tex

Howard

Fielder

Cabrera

Would put Howard #1 if avg wasn't so inconsistent, but I think there's good value in fact that there probably is no one more consistent year to year in the power categories.
