Are you guys extending the deadline, or is this a mistake? No, all bids are saved. All is done.

Winnings claims are available on Transaction History, but not the winning bids (via Waiver History).

I assume this is coming up shortly?

This is something to really strive for...INSTANT PROCESSING of free agents.

Most folks don't go back and check to see if the bidding was re-opened AFTER the deadline passed and it showed they were locked, but that would be one hell of a way to allow "insider trading" if you get my drift.

I'd really love to know exactly what goes down during that 30 minutes to one hour from the time the deadline passes until the time we see the results, because it sure isn't being combed over by hand in such a short time, as we saw last week (that took days).

For transparency, you should make instant waiver processing a high priority.

[/QUOTE]It is not open. They've been told that next week doesn't start immediately after this one closes. So don't bid yet for next week. There will be time for that. Let's get this week resolved first. ;) Almost there.

STATS had the same lag issues between leagues -- sometimes as long as 10 minutes.

For transparency, you should make instant waiver processing a high priority. Thanks for the obvious Lance!! :D STATS always took 20-30 minutes and we will get in that range too. Looks like we weren't much longer than that this week, but obviously this week we HAD to take extra long to double-check all leagues after what happened last weekend. We'll get there, though, Lance, I promise. Time is important with these winning bids.

For what it's worth...

The Diamond League results have run. Everything looks correct. Multiple teams got multiple players. The winning bids are in Waiver History. The dropped players are in Transaction History.

If the same thing happens for all the other leagues, we're in good shape here.

The message board really slows down with traffic. IT should be looking into this as well.

I don't know this for a fact, but I'd say it's this UBB board that we've used with STATS and Fanball that can't handle the increased traffic. This was always the case with these boards for the NFBC and NFFC whenever we announced draft picks and league allocations. Anything over 200 people just slows this to a crawl. And I don't think that was a STATS server issue or a Fanball server issue.

Again, I might be wrong, but I think it's the boards we have not the back-end servers. And trust me, when we have 300+ on the boards, I NEED A FAST REPLY BUTTON!! :D Nobody hates these slowdowns more than me because at times I do have the answers you're all looking for but can't get them to you quickly enough. Sorry for that. We'll investigate.
