How Should I Report Technical Issues?

Post by Cowboy Joe » Sun Apr 18, 2010 3:20 am

To the folks at Fanball,

Is there a particular procedure you would like us to use in reporting technical issues (e.g., email, the "contact us" button, message board)? Happy to comply, just need to know what you want.

Personally, I find combing through the message board searching to see if someone else has identified an issue that I'm experiencing to be really cumbersome.

Thanks.

Thanks. Dallas, right on your Home page is a Contact Us link. You can pull down to identify a category for your problem and write what you are seeing. The email comes to me and then I send it to the proper person or solve the damn problem myself. It's the easiest way to get things done. I'm the gatekeeper and try to have an organized method to send to IT while trying to identify the problems myself. Sometimes Geoff can solve it quickly.

Posting on the boards is the least effective way to get things done. The Contact Us button is what most folks are using.
