At least you admitted that you're just having fun & aren't serious with your ridiculous bid predictions. Too bad you didn't admit this before last week for anyone who was influenced by your crazy Smoak rhetoric last week.

Glenn i'm having fun AND am serious with my bid predictions. i said smoak would go for $400-$500 last week. he did.

this week, i'm saying E.Young is gonna be the MUST get. price tag to secure his services...i'll go with $400-$500 depending on how he does today. if he gets another sb (giving him 4 in a week), up my prediction on his avg winning bid by $100 :D
You actually told me Smoak probably wouldn't go for $400 in any NFBC league.....now you knew $400 would get him?

Question, why is Buck even available in any 15 team leagues?

Glenn not sure what you mean here glenn. i said smoak would go for HUGE last week, which he did. i'm saying e.young will go for HUGE bucks this week. we will see if i'm right. i know you have a vested interest in trying to downgrade what i say in terms of faab in hopes you secure E.Young.

Week-to-week thats a new one. :D Anyways I'm betting he ends up on the DL this week.
The Mauer & Suzuki injuries create a quandary for their owners in a lot of leagues. In leagues where there's no viable catcher available in free agency ie. Buck, does the owner pay valuable FAAB dollars on another catcher who will likely provide negative value? Or does he sit tight and wait for Mauer or Suzuki to come back? BA vs. limited counting stats....

Its a question I'm personally facing in three leagues where I have Mauer rostered and looking at pretty unappealing options.

My first 3 picks in my Super League:

1.) Joe Mauer

2.) Jimmy Rollins

3.) Nelson Cruz

Nice work. Somehow I'm in 3rd place, but that's a tough start
