Double Jeopardy - Ouch!

Post by Glenneration X » Thu May 27, 2010 12:16 pm

There's nothing worse than having one of your starting pitchers throw a solid game only to have the closer blow the save.

Oh wait, there is something worse.....when the closer is also on your roster!!!

Happened to me today with Myers & Lindstrom. :(

I guess I can't complain too much. Both Myers & Lindstrom have given me good value so far this year. Still, Matt...how about next time you blow Oswalt's win instead?

Thanks,

Glenn

Goddamnit! Second straight start that Lindstrom blows the save for Myers! That's two wins & two saves down the toilet! WTF!!

That's nothing Glenn, as painful as it is

Try living thru a Rich Harden outing man...don't know why I keep trotting that guy out there every week.

Funny thing is I'm gonna get a win out of that ugly outing while you get nothing out of Myers and Lindstrom (who would have gotten the W had he lasted long enough)

Ah, the maddening game of fantasy baseball. And we're just getting started.
