Who's Leading The NFBC Contests At The Break?

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Mon Jul 12, 2010 5:30 am

Well, a little more than half the baseball season is in the books and it's been a wild first half indeed. As I look over the 180+ leagues we have in the NFBC this season, I see an awful lot of close, close league races. And of course the battle for the overall titles are equally as competitive with a lot of ball left in the season.

Nobody wins anything for leading at the halfway pole, but it's still good to put down the leaders for future reference. Here's a quick look at the NFBC leaders as we approach the second half of the season:

NFBC Main Event Overall:

1. Stephen Jupinka, Las Vegas League 5, 3,817.0 points

NFBC Online Double Play

1. Ryan Struve, April 3 Online, 8 pm, 7,322.0 points

NFBC Live Double Play

Ken Magner, Las Vegas March 26 5 pm, 2,418.5 points

NFBC Auction Championship

1. Michael Cortese, New York March 28 Auction, 1,056.0 points

Combined Standings

1. Michael Cameron, LV 3 of first weekend, March 30th Double Play Online, 6,991.9 points

Ultimate Auction League

1. Jim Ferrari, 117.0 points

NFBC Diamond League

1. David DiDonato, 104.0 points

Congrats to all of these teams for a fabulous first half of the season. Now let's see who comes out on top when the second half of the season is complete. Good luck to all NFBC teams.
