2011 NFBC - Any big names returning?
2011 NFBC - Any big names returning?
I was just wondering if anyone knew if Ron Shandler or any other big names were returning in 2011. It might still be too early yet to know.

I talked with Jeff Erickson out in Arizona last week and I know he wants to return to the NFBC. I'd love to get Jeff back with us if possible and I know he wants to return.
It's too early to know what Ron's schedule will look like that week, but I have talked with him about returning to the NFBC. Even though he didn't have a good debut season, I know he learned a lot from the format and would have a better experience in 2011. Depending on what Tout Wars plans for that weekend, I'd love to invite Ron back for another try.
We'll see if Nate Ravitz of ESPN.com returns this year. Nate led the overall contest after Week 1 and had another solid season, so we'll see. Todd Zola and the Mastersball gang has always supported the NFBC well and I expect some of those writers to return again.
I wish we had more industry folks in the NFBC, but it's not an easy nut to crack. You guys make it tough on those folks in a number of ways. Maybe you should let some of them win titles!!
Anyway, I'll post all signups as they come in this year and then you'll be able to see which "big names" are in the event.
