I love this idea and the whole draft concept,but I unfortunately cant afford to spend a $1000 to partake in this activity.I would try to draft the cheapest team possible and end up diluting the depth of the league,but if you come down to the wire and need a last minute participant I would do it and do it to the best of my pockets capability.

From the looks of prior leagues $1000 is only a bit short of average league payroll.
