WAAAAAAAAaaaaaayyyy....better than last year's first week FAAB!



It made us sick to have to over pay for Milton Bradley but we needed an OF. $52-15. Not TOO bad of an overbid.



Contreras went to the champ for $185. Guthrie went for $124.



Jack Hannahan went for $100 with no runner up bid.... :eek:

It was a Live DP, but I got Contreras, Beachy, and McCLellan for $560. Smoke em if you got em

Yeah, I think I over bid a little on Contreras, by like $370. Then again, $579 wasn't enough in my Super league. At least the Belt bid was close.



I find these 12 teams leagues so full of guys I can still get for $1 or $2 that I have no problem blowing a bunch at the beginning of the year for 2 potential impact players.

All those bidding mucho dinero on Contreras must thave Broxton on their teams. He has not been the same since last June when the Yankees scored 6 runs off him in the 9th and he threw 49 pitches in that inning. He's getting hit up tonight again.. oh and his velocity is down too... 92-95 and very little location and movement
