Changing Offensive Players

When I set my line-up for the weekend games can I submit more that one line-up or can I only hit submit once.

Example:

I want to put Melky Cabrera in this weekend so I put him in today. I find out he hurt himself tonight. Can I then change my line-up so he is back on the bench or because I already submitted my weekend line-up once is it locked.

you can change your offensive lineup as many times as you want until it locks on friday

Is this new that you can change an offensive player on fridays w/o a dl?
