Alexi Ogando (SP) 255 Wow, Hafner still available in a league. He's off to a great start (knock on wood). From what I've read, sounds like he's been hitting the ball hard early in the year and looks like he may have recovered some of the power that's been missing for the last couple of years.
Manny Acta said he expected a 30/100 season out of Hafner now that his shoulder finally was fully healed. I said "yeah, right! Nice manager-speak.". Then Hafner ripped a few the first week, and I went - I bought him in a Super league last week even though I had Ortiz - imo, I can never have enough power.
Who is this, robed in splendor, striding forward in the greatness of his strength? “It is I, proclaiming victory, mighty to save.” Isaiah 63:1

My max bid on Britton was well below what he ended up going for.....he'll have to be pretty damn great to be worth some of those bids. We'll see.

I'm also the guy who dropped Ogando in 3 leagues last week and watched him go for near Britton money in all three, so what do I know.
Ahhhhhh. Great pitching matchup today. When Verlander is on, he is pretty much the most unhittable pitcher in baseball

And, as soon as I type that...BB, single, double

I am the fool who dropped avila in this league the week before but i had no idea he would go for 200 bucks in faab bidding.
