John, Fantasy Sports Insurance paid several NFBC members last year when unfortunately their players landed on the DL for 60 days or more and many people were given insurance in the Main Event and Auction Leagues this year when they paid via check. The insurance was free and they will get paid again if unfortunately the star they have chosen lands on the DL for 60 days or more. It's a great program and thankfully your advice to heed this promotion wasn't taken by many of our smart owners.
Fantasy Sports Insurance will be available in the NFFC this year for the first time, so those owners paying via check will get free insurance there as well. More details on how those players will qualify for payment will be coming soon. Thanks for letting me make that plug John. Now let's hope for fewer injuries so that nobody has to collect on these free policies.

[/QUOTE]I had Mauer insured for my auction championship lge ... when he got transferred to the 60-day DL it was the first contribution he'd made to my team all year ... and it still is. He's riding the pine behind Lucroy and Russ Martin until he learns how to hit again.
