Police in Vail arrested the 'Port-a-potty Peeper'
The Port-a-potty Peeper slipped down through the toilet lid and would wait underneath hoping to get looks at women as they sat down to do their business.
He was caught in Boulder when a woman reported seeing 'something' move and reported him to police. He escaped arrest in Boulder (who wanted to grab him?) and was later caught and arrested in Vail.
