Glenn just to show once again we where thinking the same guys all draft. I tried to take Tiant in the blind round 5 and was told he was already taken. So that would have been another one where we took each others player.

Shawn, you were asking about Dutch earlier. Does it hurt that we have him? Or what you wanted?

OK, I think moving HoJo to MI and Meusel at 3b might take care of the MI shortage?

Round 5 had an interesting thing happen...

Leonard was taken, then Tiant...

Then, Neal wanted both Leonard and Tiant, so he knew the two teams that they went to, though not specifically.

I believe this was the only time during the blind rounds that this happened.

Also, after round five, I believe it was Dave that was squawking about me releasing how many times a player was bid on.

For future contests, this wouldn't be fair.

Leonard was on around 10 lists. It would narrow down to a great degree which team drafted him.

Tiant was also taken a lot.

Teams would know that these two players were not taken on the back end of the round.

Teams would know that these two players were not taken on the back end of the round. You wouldn't have said where the conflict occured, just that there was one. Every owner who wanted Dutch but didn't get him knew he was picked. Only we, the Dutch owners, had no idea he was in high demand.

Why are you entitled to know that he was in demand though.

Total secrecy is the best way to go.

Irrelevant though. I'm just saying they had some knowledge that we did not.

[/QUOTE]That's not really true but I'm not gonna debate it at this point, with the draft over. I will just restate that I'm not a big blind round fan in general.

It is unfair to a lot of teams while helping yours?

Maybe I'm not getting it.

Each team only knows that one team above them got a player. That's all.
