draft champions league for baseball?

Post by triple a » Sat Jun 04, 2005 9:22 am

hey greg and tom, any chance of a draft champions league like you guys do in football for baseball next year? draft like a 45 man roster on draft day and thats it. i would be interested in that. actually i think thats how the grand prize should be won in baseball and football in my opinion. long draft, but for people who love it i dont think they would mind at all. just an idea for ya. thanks triple a

Not a bad idea. Yes, I've thought about that and been asked about starting a keeper league and other ideas. I'm not sure there's enough time in the weekend to do everything, but you never know. We either need to expand our days of drafting or maybe expand our offerings online. I agree that an NFBC Draft Masters League would be fun, but for 40-45 rounds we'd need a good 6-7 hours.

Good suggestion. It's a worthy consideration for 2006.
