NL 650 auction

What happens if we don't get enough for a 2nd league?? Do we then do a phone draft with another city??

I think I have two more teams for sure at $650 and I'm working hard on the other ones. We'll have three live NL Auction Leagues on Friday morning, so count on it. Now it's up to me to fill 'em.
