Biggest payout

How come you allow CDM or whatever it's now called to advertise "The Biggest cash payout in fantasy baseball history"? They're not even close and while they used to advertise $50,000 grand prize they never have payed that much. Unlike you they did not pay out the sum advertised when they didn't get the responce they anticipated. I'm not a big fan of law suits. I do think you should make them remove the claim though. Just a suggestion. This is your gig.

I like Charlie Wiegert too much to get mad at him! :D I don't think they'll be advertising their game this way in 2007 and they won't be pro-rating the grand prize anymore as they have new ownership that frowns on that. So I trust we'll all be one big happy fantasy family in 2007! :D
