How come you allow CDM or whatever it's now called to advertise "The Biggest cash payout in fantasy baseball history"? They're not even close and while they used to advertise $50,000 grand prize they never have payed that much. Unlike you they did not pay out the sum advertised when they didn't get the responce they anticipated. I'm not a big fan of law suits. I do think you should make them remove the claim though. Just a suggestion. This is your gig.

I don't think they'll be advertising their game this way in 2007 and they won't be pro-rating the grand prize anymore as they have new ownership that frowns on that. So I trust we'll all be one big happy fantasy family in 2007!
