Draft order?

I may have missed this in the rules but when will we know our draft order?

We will pick the draft order no later than the Monday before the event (March 12th). Last year, we filled up our event on the previous Friday so we picked all of the leagues a few days earlier than planned. So if we hit 360 by that Friday this year we'll pick the leagues that day and give you guys the whole weekend to think about your draft position.
