I dont know about that. You can never predict who is going to fall. Believe me, I had NO intention of taking a pither in the 4th round but how could I pass on Carpenter at 4.5? I am happy with my team though. Other than a closer, I cant see spending much FAAB on my pitching.

It seems that that's what happened.

Sorry, I was not in that draft last night. Please read my comments. I thought your staff was a mess after the first 3, nothing wrong with your first 3 starters at all. MI is a mess, you have to use Sanchez at SS, not great stats, won't hit 344 again. No backups at MI, so injury could devastate there. I am not a fan of Escobar and his injury issues and Snell's ERA and WHIP can be up there

Yikes! Talk about a staff thats a mess. After your first two pitchers its like falling off of a cliff. I do like your offense alot though.

this is why opinions are good. I like the upside of the staff, but if they are just average, then I need FA to make up the difference. I focused on the offense in the draft and lost a few pitchers that went 3 to 5 picks before me. That is the problem with drafting 15th, you have to take players you want a round early or they are gone before you picks again 28 picks later

No SB's. Problem. You've got 4 3b-eligible hitters and most of your OF will platoon - and you drafted no backups there. Uggh! Overspent on starting pitching while getting just one closer and some pen longshots. Great starting staff but otherwise looks a mess. Sorry fish.

Fireballs, I (like Chest) like this team WAY better than your previous one. Getting Haren in the 10th looks just silly (and a great pikup for you). Carpenter was also good value where you got him.

ALL serpentine teams in a 30 player 15 team league are going to have a few gaps. You have plenty good team to refine through FAAB IMHO
