E-mail?

Post by RotoSpin.com » Sat Apr 07, 2007 2:52 am

I'm in so many leagues, I can't remember, but didn't we used to get daily reports sent via email? Is that stopped, do I need to turn something on, am I thinking about the wrong leagues?

Thanks.

ok, I found the email preferences for reports and there are defaults from last year I guess. However, it says I've received reports as recent as today yet I haven't received any thus far. My email listed is correct.

Roto, who is your email provider, Comcast customers cannot get the reports for some reason, I have to use my blackberry address to get the daily reports. Just tell Tom or Greg the email address you want them to go to and they will forward to stats, that is what they had to do for me.

I went through this with Comcast last September. I don't know if you are with Comcast, but it sounds that way. Comcast won't let the daily reports get through to you. I spoke with them last fall and they said that they had restricted some E-Mails (some kind of spam control). They said they could not change this even though I wished to receive these E-Mails they were blocking. I ended up opening up a free Yahoo E-Mail account, which I only use for these daily reports. This is what I recommend as i have had no problems receiving daily reports.

Greg/Tom? Help? If it says it sent the report, then it was sent. Shoot me an e-mail and we'll figure out if we have to send it to a different e-mail address. As some of the guys have said, Comcast and AOL could be blocking these daily reports. I know they are going out and I know most of the guys are getting them.
