Any chance of adding an additional satellite auction league (125 or 250)? I missed the early ones and would love to try this.

I have learned that it is highly unlikely that a satellite auction will be added. Is anyone aware of other auction options? It seems that rotowire.com is having trouble getting their auction game up and running. FantasyAuctioneer.com has not been a good source for learning from their mock drafts as too few players participate and the AI drives prices unrealistically high. What else is out there before the NFBC live auction drafts?

CBS auction leagues seem slow to develop. I already commish two long-term snakes on CBS and can't commit to creating/managing a third.

What is the process for drafting the reserves in the auction satelites? Is it done via fantasyacutioneer.com or via message board? Done immediately after the draft, I assume? I have done a few practices on the website and they often place a reserve, but the system allows you to actually fill the reserves with you $260 budget if you have the cash. Reasing the rules, I assume that is not allowed. Thanks.

They can't do serpentine drafts after the auctions, so we just added $7 for the last seven players and you can now spend $267 for all 30 players. That's how you fill out your roster, but only in the satellite auction leagues, not the main event.

I'm signed up to the March 3rd auction. When will it show up in my queue on fantasyauctioneer.com to be able to set my list? I'm not getting that site at all.

Mark me down as interested in a 125 auction league. If anyone has drafted an auction team on Fantasy Auctioneer let me know how it went. I used there demo and was impressed.

Make sure you download the Mozilla browser to use instead of Internet Explorer. The load of the draft weighs down the performance of I.E. even if it seems to work fine in the demo. Secondly, always have your next few nominations que'd up, and be well organized or you'll fall behind trying to locate player values as the bidding can move very fast at times.

Do you recommend keeping track of the players taken on paper rather then just through the draft window? I tried a mock draft and if I recall it right it didn't even display default dollar values so I was completely lost on how to use the player queue effectively.

I'm trying to set my dollar values beforehand and the list isn't resorting when I make changes to it. The changes save but no resorting.

Any help is appreciated.

-Craig yes, approach it the same as a live auction but be more prepared as it moves faster than a live auction

There is an opening in the $250 auction league tomorrow night. See thread in other General NFBC Discussion.
