Just need a clarification.
If Brian Roberts is still in the AL on auction day (March 14th) but gets traded to the NL prior to the start of the regular season, the team that acquired him during the auction can still use him the entire season as long as he is never dropped from that team. True?
I'm not interested in Roberts, but if a similar situation happened to Willie Bloomquist and I lost him, I would be devastated. :rolleyes:
