FAAB Questions

How does the the FAAB process take place? For instance if I bid on more than one player does the computer simply consider all bids on a player even if he is listed 3rd or 4th priority? Or does it search through just the first priority bids and then second and so on...? Also if I do not get my first priority bid but do get my second wiil it still cut the first priority bid player or the second?

Yeah I'm confusing myself!

Ok. Now what's the difference in the list's. What priority are the lists processed in?

FAAB processes with first player listed and highest dollar figure. If 2 lists have the same bid (i.e. $10 bob or sue or mary and $10 larry, moe or curly) then it goes with the one listed first. If my lists are $10 Bob and $11 Larry then the higher dollar figure goes first, regardless of list priority.

So, if I'm the computer I do this:

Highest dollar figure bid on any player by any team: Award that player. Delete that player from everyone else's queue's

NEXT Highest dollar figure bid on any player on any team: Award that player. Delete that player from everyone else's queue's.

Repeat.

Last night I set up two Bid lists. This morning when I checked the lists they where switched. The players I had on list two are now on list one and the players on list one are now on list two.

Does it make a difference which list the players are on?

Is saving the list the last step in the process for me or is there something else that must be done with the list?

Is there a way to search for a particular player? The master list seems kind of cumbersome to search through.

I agree, I keep seeing the banner at the top that says updates are coming by the end of the week. What type of updates are we talking about? Please tell me there will be a way to search by name and also a way to sort the % owned, IP/AB's, etc from highest to lowest.

Anyone have any info?
I'm the player to be named later.

After we put the bid in on a player and pick the dropped player what do we do to transmit the bid, if anything?
