What does somehow picking him up last week have to do with this week?

He pitched already, he has to be available for every league where he's not already rostered.

Why would he be removed from the player pool? He should be available in every league unless he's on a team

Even players on the MLB disabled list are eligible to be picked up during the FAAB bidding process

The answer is it doesn't. If he was picked up in those leagues he is obviously not going to be available and if he was not picked up, then it would appear that he goes back into the non eligible list which was essentially what I was questioning.

Teheran was available last Sunday as he was called up. He was then demoted and has not been called back up yet. Unless he was on a team and dropped, he is not available yet.

Could have happened a time or two.

also added JJ Hardy who was suprisingly dropped last week. DP or 15-teamer?

I suppose it's worth noting that he actually hasnt been called up yet.
I ended up getting him an Ultimate for $41. I sorta put in a half-hearted bid on him with no real expectation of getting him. I'm neither pleased nor disappointed. We'll see.

Well, those posts were after FAAB closed, so I wasn't sandbagging. I don't think he's ready, but I'm willing to pay $41 to see if I' m wrong, you know what I mean?
